After-fuel rates use gas price ÷ MPG from Settings. Enter both values to enable them. These figures exclude maintenance, depreciation, and taxes. Mileage for taxes remains in the separate report below.
Your other device changed this record. Your unsynced work is preserved here. Download a backup before loading the cloud copy.
Manage vehicles in Settings. Start a separate dash when you switch vehicles.
Forgot to start the tracker? Enter when you actually began. Leave blank to start now.
Use your actual starting odometer, not your current reading. Corrections update time, mileage and hourly estimates.
The clock stopped when you tapped End. Enter the totals the Dasher app shows for this dash and fix anything that does not match, then save. You can still edit your orders above.
Your most recent reading is shown. Check your vehicle and update it to the actual ending odometer.
Earnings are the app total you confirm when you end a dash plus the outside tips you log on each order. Total time runs from Start to End, pauses included. Live active time excludes pauses. At checkout you can enter DoorDash active time (time on orders); saved active-hour metrics use that figure. Total time always uses your Start-to-End clock. Estimated fuel cost is counted miles × gas price ÷ MPG; miles driven between a pause and a resume are left out.
Built from your saved dashes.
Saved dashes only. Counted miles exclude recorded pause miles. Review the records for tax eligibility; this report does not determine deductibility. Dashes are grouped by their start date in this device’s local time.
Each vehicle has its own MPG and gas price. Changes apply to the next dash; a dash already running retains its starting fuel settings.
Enter the price you typically pay.
Use your average MPG while delivering.
Set gas price and MPG to calculate estimated fuel costs.
A planning estimate applied to earnings after fuel. Not tax advice.
